Moises Andrani

FOUNDER & PROJECT MANAGER

Moises Andrani began his journey into client advocacy during his years at the University of Connecticut. He obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture and lived and worked at Spring Valley Student Farm, an organic permaculture farm which supplied the university with fresh produce. Life there centered around building community, and being a steward of the land while educating students and the public.

He served as a College Ambassador for the College of Agriculture, Health and Natural Resources, working with prospective students and their families to find the right programs and schools within the institution.

After graduating he worked as a Junior Landscape Architect as part of multiple design teams designing private estates, high-end residential developments, commercial centers, public parks and civic plazas along the Connecticut and New York shoreline. He discovered his passion for client care while working directly with clients, their representatives, and the design teams to bring their visions to life.

His past work took him from the coastline residences and estates of Connecticut to the rooftops at the southern tip of Manhattan and north throughout the lower Hudson Valley. During this time, he worked directly on every facet of each project, from 6:00am client meetings to materials selection, site visits, design, all the way to permitting and final construction inspections.

In 2023 he embarked on the next phase of his career in landscape design and outdoor-living consulting with the formal incorporation of Tenpenny Group LLC, offering complete client care.
